I first began carrying these coffee beans when I had a health food store with a friend, 12 years ago. Every time we drank coffee it made my stomach feel terrible. I started hearing the same thing from others, so I researched and found that some organic beans, depending on their roasting process would not do this. It all affected the acidity.
We felt great with this bean and have been supplying it ever since! Plus, I'm not making a tea of chemicals when we drink it. It also has wonderful flavor and works great in pressed coffee, brewed coffee and our espresso machine!
