I've always thought there should be a "ground beef" section in every cook book, but sadly, that's just not the way it's done. Ground beef accounts for over 50% of beef cuts in typical processing. It's also the most versatile selection of beef when it comes to cooking for your family. It stands to reason that there should be more real estate allotted to ground beef in our cookbooks.
So, after hearing about some of your favorite ground beef recipes, we decided to put together 10 favorite pasture-fed ground beef recipes that my girls and I use at the 7U Ranch time after time.
All of the ingredients can be purchased in organic or better yet, beyond organic and locally grown. If you need help finding any ingredients, we can help!
