Here's How it works:
We are opening up bookings for our Barn Cabin in Lucile, Idaho (about 10 miles north of Riggins, Idaho), now through direct booking to save you extra fees. We will eventually open it up through Airbnb as well, but we will focus on direct bookings as our first priority.

- Cost: $239/ night (includes cleaning fee)

- Next, fill out the quick form below to reserve your dates and I will confirm they are open on my end before invoicing.
- Please see cancellation policy below before booking.
- I will check your dates and confirm. The best way to reach me is through this form, or by text: (208)451-5505 (since I'm often out on the ranch, service out there isn't as good for phone calls, but I do get texts)
- Once confirmed, I will email an invoice for the full amount for your stay, as well as the rental agreement for your signature through square up. Just e sign and you will be confirmed for your booking after payment. Please note that I cannot block off your dates until payment is made.
- I will be in touch with your self check-in instructions as well as directions, the day before your arrival
Cancelation Policy
- Full refund (Minus Credit Card Fees) if cancellation is 2 weeks or more prior to check in date.
- 50% refund (Minus Credit Card Fees) if cancellation is 1 week prior to check in date. (7 to 13 days prior to check in)
- 0% If cancellation is less than 7 days prior to check in date, we will not be able to refund as this does not allow time to schedule another guest.
- If reservation is moved to another date, full payment will be honored.
- If refunded: refund will come in the method of payment used. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for payment to show up on credit card refunds.
