1) QUARTER BEEF BUNDLE $890 each (90lbs -60% ground beef, 20% steaks, 20% roasts) -No cut instructions are sent for this option : I understand that I will receive an invoice for deposit :$300 deposit PER quarter, to be deducted from my balance. (Invoices will be sent before we head to the USDA Butcher so that you save on sales tax) (mid April)
