Please Read This Update:
With so many different
taste preferences in smoking and sweet vs. salt curing, as well as many folks with severe health concerns due to chemical nitrates, we do not offer smoked and cured pork.
(Because smoked and cured meats are not USDA inspected for resale, we cannot legally retail sell them if they are returned because of flavor preferences. We want you to receive your product and be delighted!)
If you missed this notice
over on our "1/2 OR Wholes" page and you wish to change your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can update availability. We will be happy to help.
Please look for some simple smoked pork belly and ham recipes that are easy on the grill or pellet grill,
over on the blog in the next couple of months and get notified by joining our email list.

SHOULDER- the shoulder can be cut into roast, steaks, or Farmer style ribs and steaks. The shoulder roast is commonly referred to as the " Boston Butt" roast please select your preference below. Roasts 3 to 5 lb. average
