All of this gives you a nutrient rich, finished product with excellent flavors and tenderness.
- We move them through fresh clean sections of pastures nestled in the Walnut Groves on our ranch ~ and of course, they get to sleep in. like pigs love to do ;)
- Supplement them with raw milk, sea salt, kelp and probiotic rich, lacto-fermented non-GMO peas and barley.
- If an animal is down in any way, we look for the cause, not the symptom. Then, we treat with herbs, salves and natural remedies.
- Moving them through clean pastures ensures that they stay ahead of parasites, keep a strong immune system and keeps them clean. It also gives them a chance to route for foods in the healthy soil and meet nutrient needs with grasses and herbs.
- Finished in the fall on Black and English Walnuts grown on our Ranch

We've taken the most common frustrations with purchasing half and wholes and created some simple and convenient solutions.
Here's how it works:

No coordinating with the butcher or worrying about having to rearrange your schedule, or drop everything and run, when processing is finished. We do all of that for you!
And the best part, you know how many pounds you will receive and how much per pound. - No guessing games.

What does it cost?
We guarantee at least 60 lbs of meat for a half hog and 120Lbs for your whole hog Because this is purchased live, (pre processing) there is no sales tax applied.
We are excited to announce that everything will be in professional cry-o-vac packaging and labeled clearly with cut and weight.

Here's how it works:
- 1. Reserve your half or whole, by selecting one of the buttons, below. Select whether you would like to pick it up, have it delivered to your door (in our delivery area). (For Pick-Up options, we now schedule a time to meet you in Lucile at Blue Tick Coffee Parking Area on Highway 95)
- 2. We'll email you an invoice for your deposit within 24 hours (Mon -Fri) Once it's paid, your half or whole is reserved. Email: [email protected]
- 3. Your balance is due just before we head to the butcher. You will receive your balance invoice by email (unless text is requested) sales tax free, because you're purchasing before the processing. We'll be in touch as soon as your bundle is ready. Then, we get it to you, by the method you choose. (delivery or pick-up)

Quarter Pasture-Fed Beef Bundle~ $890 ($300 deposit (per quarter) to reserve, with balance of $590 due at time of processing) Because this is purchased live, (preprocessing) there is no sales tax applied. ~90 lb bundle which includes 20% Roasts, 20% Steaks and 60% Ground Beef, as well as delivery inside our delivery routes (Grangeville, Idaho to McCall, Idaho) All cuts are bone-in.
Here's what you can expect to receive:
(At least 90 lbs Guaranteed)
17 to 20 lbs Roasts
17 to 20 Lbs Steaks ~ A mix of high quality steaks including T-Bones, Bone-in Ribeye (Rib steak) as well as a mix of other delicious steak cuts.
50 to 54 lbs Ground Beef ~ In 1 lb packages.
