Ever wonder why we d0n't have the butcher season our ground pork? Today, I'll explain the reason for that and how that decision came about. I also wanted to make sure that your were able to mix it yourself, if you missed out on adding it to your order when you reserved your walnut finished pork. In today's video, I'll show you how to mix our Sage Sausage Seasoning mix. It makes an amazing sausage when blended with our ground pork. Because it's not overpowering, it allows the flavor of the walnut finished pork to still come through, which was really important to us when we created this seasoning blend.
