Do you have some SPECIAL traditions that you've created with your family during the Holidays? One of the things we started doing when the kids were young, was preparing special finger foods on Christmas Eve and everyone looks forward to it. We would start the meal when someone spotted the FIRST STAR in the sky. (yeah, a little hard on a cloudy night, but other than that, the kids always looked forward to it when they were young.)
Preparing everything is fun for us all, plus we can relax and enjoy the evening before Christmas with everyone else! "Why can't I eat pork from the store without getting sick, but I have no problems when I eat yours?"....And... I get these 2 questions frequently, so I'm going to take a little time to talk about our pork again and explain some things that make it so different.
We've recently made some important changes and there's a couple of key reasons why we did this with our pork and it's going to affect when you can reserve it in bulk each year. I'll explain shortly, but first, I want to answer those questions I mentioned above... |
